This month’s frequently asked question in technical support is ‘How do you test the keypad from the user menu?’
This option allows the user to test the keypad.
- Press MENU button (Located to the RHS of the TICK button )
- Enter four digit user one code (Default code=1234)
- Display shows “Omit zones” press DOWN button until the display shows “Test”
- Press TICK button display shows “Siren”
- Press DOWN button display shows “Keypad”
- Press TICK button display shows “Press keys to test”
- Press the keys that you wish to test
- Press “X” button to exit
